Immerse yourself in a bucolic setting, in the heart of an often overlooked alpine valley, the Brévon Valley. It is in the heart of this enchanting environment that you will find the Moulin de Léré. Formerly home to the gastronomic restaurant of Chef Frédéric Molina, the Auberge du Moulin de Léré is reinventing itself in 2025 to become a place for sharing, driven by generous, vibrant, and convivial cuisine, with the same desire: to delight you.
In its new format, the Table du Moulin de Léré is transformed!
Dishes to share, slow-cooked meals made with local produce; the flavors are emotional, comforting, or mysterious. A convivial experience to enjoy with family, friends, or during a special moment for two.
Nestled at an altitude of 800 meters, between forest and alpine pastures stretching as far as the eye can see, the Auberge du Moulin de Léré welcomes you to an enchanting setting where time seems to stand still. A true haven of peace, this former 17th-century building, constructed of wood and stone and still a working miller's mill, cultivates authenticity and a gentle way of life.
The garden, planted with old apple trees and aromatic herbs, fills the air with fragrance throughout the seasons. The murmur of the river, the song of the birds, the tinkling of cowbells in the mountain pastures, the carefully chosen antique objects… Everything here invites contemplation and a reconnection with what is essential.
Treat yourself to a charming stay in the heart of the Chablais region, surrounded by nature, tranquility and shared cuisine.
